Terms & Conditions – NAT4MAX Electrical (Corby)
1. Our Commitment
At NAT4MAX Electrical, we are proud to be both an NICEIC Domestic Installer and an NICEIC Approved Contractor. All work is carried out to the highest industry standards and in compliance with the latest UK wiring regulations (BS7671).
We promise:

We provide clear, written quotations before work begins.
All work comes with our 2-year workmanship guarantee plus additional protection under the NICEIC Platinum Promise (covering eligible domestic work for up to 6 years, to a maximum value of £25,000).
2. Charges
Minimum charge: £75.00
Free quotations: All site visits and written quotes are provided free of charge.
Any additional work requested by the customer that is not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.
3. Services We Provide
We cover a full range of electrical services for domestic and small commercial clients in Corby and surrounding areas (including Kettering, Wellingborough, Rothwell, Desborough, and Market Harborough).
Our services include but are not limited to:
Electrical Installations – new sockets, lighting, outdoor power, consumer unit upgrades.
Rewires – full and partial rewiring, kitchen rewires, extension wiring.
Electrical Safety Checks (EICR) – landlord certificates, homebuyer reports, safety inspections.
Fuse Board / Consumer Unit Upgrades – installation of modern RCD/RCBO protection.
Fault Finding & Repairs – sockets, switches, lighting circuits, tripping fuses.
PAT Testing – for landlords, offices, and rental properties.
EV Charger Installations – approved installer for domestic EV charge points.
Security Systems – intruder alarms, CCTV, smart doorbells.
Lighting Solutions – LED upgrades, outdoor lighting, garden power.
Outbuilding / Garage / Garden Supplies – safe and compliant installations for sheds, garages, and garden rooms.
4. Warranty & NICEIC Platinum Promise
All electrical work carried out by NAT4MAX comes with a 2-year workmanship guarantee.
In addition, eligible domestic work is protected by the NICEIC Platinum Promise – providing cover for up to 6 years and up to £25,000 should your contractor cease trading and the work be found non-compliant.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For larger projects, staged payments may apply and will be outlined in your quotation.
6. Liability
We carry full public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
NAT4MAX is not liable for pre-existing faults or defects in a customer’s installation that were not reasonably identifiable during inspection.
